Ok so I didn’t like how the last book ended so I’m gonna read the little novella from the set now. I think this is her collaring/engagement.

Oh that too we didn’t get anymore information about Miranda and the baby at the end of the last book.

OMG he is the father! What! That feels like important information we should have learned during the last book not just this little novella.

I like that Shaan is the one who can’t keep a secret from Emily. She bats her eyes and gets anything she wants.

No I’m stuck. Lol I’m pretty sure I would be too in your predicament little girl.

Lol. Are you setting up my date with another Dom. Yep. No hesitation just the bare truth. Lol.

Please let me introduce you to Emily, her talent is finding daddies and mommies who don’t know what they are and finding them sweet and perfect little girls and boys to take care of. Lol

Yes, I want to be part of their group. They sound awesome with their outfits to dinner. Someone went as a gender bent sailor moon.

What!? Woah that seems a bit intense there Logan. You’ve wired your fiancé? Does she know that she’s wired?

So I should have gotten Max’s book and read that one before this novella.

There’s gonna be a third one!! I don’t know when though she just released Brenna and Max’s books earlier this year. I may have to wait a bit for the third book. I still have the other two to read though so that may help the wait.

Ok yes I know I just can’t stop and I’m not sure this is healthy right now. Anyway. Time for a new case. I guess there’s going to be some sort of time jump since we left daddy Logan recovering from severe head trauma. This case is for his porn star friend. He has some sort of stalker. If this goes the way of the last one somehow this is gonna be dangerous. Also I hope we find out that Mir’s baby isn’t his. I don’t want it to be his.

Wait no that’s not gonna be ok. There can’t be scenes that made the author cry. I’m not emotionally ready for that.

Yes let’s help Max discover that he’s a daddy. I’m not sure how I feel about Rick right now. I didn’t really care for him in the first book so we’ll see how this goes.

Please don’t sell the house. Tell her what’s wrong and what you are thinking. It’s her home now too you can’t just unilaterally make a decision that big. Like a scene negotiate it out.

First I actually wanted the scene Max watched to see his reactions but whatever. But what I really wanted to say was Emily and I are the same about our books. She called him a monster for dog earring the pages. Yep you are definitely right girl.

That was manipulative. Lol you caught that did you Logan? I think she did a great job putting that out there like that. I know she was worried about bringing it up but also I think she could tell him how she feels about his home and he maybe wouldn’t have gotten to that answer but found another way to pay.

I wonder if that’s true. Are there places that sex clubs are illegal? Like in New York where this is set. That doesn’t seem right.

Aww that was cute I like the little sorta slumber party the little subbies just had. I still need a bit more to get a read on Theo and DirtyGurl and why she won’t use an honorific for him.

I want to be part of this friend group/club. They seem to have so much fun. They’re currently having a tickle party scene.

I am not a fan of that ending. What happened with the hospital bills? Why don’t I get the story of Max going to the thing on Sunday and finding his own little girl? I feel like there was so much that I didn’t find out. Also it ended fairly abruptly I thought. It was still super good just I want to know more.

Now we actually get to the cruise and investigation. I really liked the prequel book. I hope it continues the same way for this book. Here we go.

Ugh. No, why would you call her. I was really liking you in the first book but this is shitty of you.

These chapters are ridiculously long. Anyway. I think it is super cool that just by locking her hands behind her back with his hands he can cause her to go into like a trance. I’m surprised she says she doesn’t get to subspace. I think based on how she describes some things she does go there it just isn’t exactly the same experience as everyone else so she doesn’t recognize it.

I want a Logan. That was so super sweet I have to go to the dentist but so worth it especially if I can find one in real life to have as my own.

Yep I need a Logan. He knew she’d crash and like pretty much planned on it. I want someone to be so attuned to me that he knows I don’t want to but I’ll crash and he’s totally chill and was just like waiting for it.

Woah. Ok maybe Logan without the previous sub baby mama drama going on right now. Although I’ve never really seen it from that side. Like I’ve heard of girls getting upset because a guy didn’t suit up and I guess I’ve heard of poking holes or lying about birth control but I guess I never thought about the guys reaction. I mean Logan is right if it is his then yes she made him a father without his consent. It definitely needs to be equal and go both ways. If women can get upset about consent then we have to go the other way too.

Lol. He’s like a very angry emo daddy. I’m learning all new things about movie characters. Apparently Kylo Ren is a daddy. Lol.

Oh no this is very not good. I hope Emily is able to do something before this goes very bad. Also, why is this book so good. I need sleep but I can’t stop.

Ugh. I am not happy with that ending. I mean yes we caught the bad guy. I kind of wanted the soap, water and cold room to be some sort of passive aggressive thing by the culprit but it wasn’t. Then he’s still injured and they aren’t home! Grr. I guess they did say I love you and all that but I want them to have their happy ever after and I don’t really know at this point. Also, Niall and his subbies need to be close to Logan and Emily but we don’t know where they live. I need them to be close because they are great and great friends. I’m just not happy with where this ended. I want more.

This was a freebie from my daddies of the month club thing. Logan is a private investigator and needs a cover. Emily is a little girl looking for her daddy. I’m sure this will work out swell.

I wonder if there are these rare gems of Doms like Logan. He can read her so well. I know she had five Doms before him that it didn’t work out with so obviously they aren’t all perfect like this but damn what I’d give to have a guy read me like Logan.

I’m in love with his club. An Italian restaurant, the club obvi, but they have a legit library with a librarian who could get me books. Yep I’d be a happy sub, just leave me in there and come feed me occasionally. Lol.

Well I thought that was going to be some prequel novella. I was totally wrong but now I have to know what happens on the cruise. I really enjoyed that one and I think I may be a bit of a little. I did really resonate with her answer that her little isn’t a specific age just that carefree untethered sort of feeling before adulting happened. Well I’ve bought the next one so onward I go.

I just got this today. I’m pretty sure volume one ended with her being raped at the end of it even though we didn’t exactly say that. She’s discovered the dark side of the realm of the gods and is trying to find her footing. Hades is still fighting his feelings. Let’s go.

Aww Hades is so sweet. He’s talking to her on the phone late at night making her feel better. This is what I want. A guy like Hades.

Oh dear. This won’t go well. Hera you don’t need to interfere with this. Meddling won’t get you anywhere.

Oh, oh, oh. I’m not crying you’re crying. How did Hera know what happened to her. I’m so sad.

No Hades, don’t go back to Minthe or let her weasel her way back into your good graces.

I enjoyed this one way better than the first. Now I have to wait like three months until the next volume.

Well she didn’t get much work done. Also they did end up leaving the ladies side of things. I don’t know. None of these were the core Boot Knockers. It was a cute story though.

Booker’s turn and omg he was married. Skye finds him so he could be a bigger part in their daughters life. When she discovers he’s working on the ranch as a sex therapist she books herself a week. Yeah our alpha guy is not gonna have that. Another boot knocker is about to bite the dust.

Wow this one is long. Kindle says it’ll take me over four hours.

Hold up though. If she’s tight for funds how is she going to pay to go the the ranch. From all the other books it seems pricey. Also, did she actually divorce Booker or are they still married?

Well that was dramatic. He just stormed up there and carried her out. I’m surprised no one has checked on them yet.

I’m not a fan of Booker right now. I think he kinda a stuck up hypocrite. Like he can go slake himself but she paid for the week and you aren’t going to let her get pleasure while you do.

Well I’m not sure I liked the ending. Like he didn’t get to meet his daughter in person. He didn’t tell Skye or the guys that they were done with the women part of the ranch and going to work their own piece of land right there. I don’t know it just felt the ending was rushed especially since it was the last book.

Next in the boot knockers. We get to know what is tangling Stowe up in knots. Hehehe. He’s the resident Dom on the ranch. Our girl is a famous chef and Stowe is her assistants hot brother.

Aww that was really sweet. I liked it. She got to explore and learn about submission. He was super protective of her it was adorable. Then, I’m glad the girl who recognized her wasn’t a complete bitch. She took the money and moved on rather than still making a buck off the story she could sell. I wish we found out that she started helping Cook out some, but they’re going to build a house there and she’s gonna film from home. After all these stories though I’m not sure I believe that it’s possible to go to the ranch for a week and leave not in love with your cowboy.

Aww that was kinda sweet. He left his job for her and he saved her horse. He also asked her to marry him. He’ll be the ranch manager for the boot knockers. I liked him discovering his Dom side and that she needed a daddy but that they never used that title for him.
